Can I cancel my booking?

No Visa No Pay

If you were not successful in receiving a visa to study in Australia before the commencement of your lease start date, you will need to send a written email requesting for cancellation to reservations@ysuites.co A written email requesting cancellation, which must be submitted to the property at which your booking is held within 24 hours of you receiving notification from the Department of Home Affairs, along with the email from the Department of Home Affairs advising your refusal notice to study in Australia. You will then be formally advised that your lease agreement will then be cancelled without penalty.

No Place No Pay

If you were not successful in receiving an offer from any institution in Adelaide before the commencement of your lease start date, you will need to send a written email requesting for cancellation to reservations@ysuites.co A written email requesting cancellation with proof of offer acceptance from an institution outside of South Australia must be furnished. You will then be formally advised that your lease agreement will then be cancelled without penalty.

COVID – 19 Supplementary Cancellation Conditions

You can now Book Stress Free! If travel restrictions to Australia remain in place when you are due to commence your lease and you are unable to travel to Australia, we will defer your booking to Semester 2, 2022. We offer flexibility! Once travel restrictions to Australia are lifted, we will offer you up to 30 days to commence your lease at Y Suites on Waymouth. Students who are unable to travel to Australia within 30 days can email reservations@ysuites.co and we will be more than happy to help you. If you withdraw from your institution, all you have to do is show us a letter of withdrawal from your institution within three days of receiving such letter and we will refund you in full. Available for all bookings up until 31st January 2022. Y Suites reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the booking policy at any time.

Full Cancellation Policy

无忧预定政策 (Flexible Booking Policy) 如果当租约开始之时，澳洲政府的旅行禁令仍未解除。我们会延迟学生的租约至到学生抵达澳洲；我们将提供最大的灵活性，一旦澳洲旅行禁令解除，我们可以为学生调整最高30日以内的合同开始日期；如果学生无法在澳洲边境开放后30天以内入境，请及时发送邮件至 reservations@ysuites.co 如果学生最终决定退学，学生需要在学校通知邮件下达的3个工作日内，将该邮件证明发送给我们，我们会为您进行全额退款；签证申请被拒取消政策 (No Visa No Pay Policy) 如签证申请被拒，可免费取消预订如果学生无法成功获取签证以入境澳洲进行学习，那么在租赁周期开始之前，学生需要及时发送取消预订的邮件至 reservations@ysuites.co. 在澳洲内政事务部通知学生签证失败的24小时之内： - 学生必须尽快发送一封要求取消预订的电子邮件至公寓管理处。 - 同时需要提交来自澳洲内政事务部的官方邮件以证明学生被拒绝进入澳洲学习。 - 届时公寓会有正式邮件通知您预订取消，合约作废，而学生也不用承担任何惩罚。取消政策 (Cancellation Policy) 如有以下情况发生，我们有权通过邮件主动取消您的预定： • 您向我们提供的部分申请&预定信息有误；同时/或者 • 您的真实身份不符合学生身份的要求；同时/或者 • 您没有及时签署租赁协议；同时/或者 • 您没能在要求的时间内成功支付租房订金以及押金。如果取消发生在合同周期开始之前** 您最初在预定房间的时候支付的1周或2周订金（此订金在入住之后自动变为相应周数的租金）是无法退还的，除非您的取消是基于签证申请被拒，可免费取消预订的情况。
