I have graduated and have a very pleasant stay in SHA 60 Waverly Road. The apartment is very warm, with complete living facilities and a great surrounding environment. It is only 5 minutes' walk from the Caulfield campus. Thanks to the platform and consultant teachers of living in a foreign land, they provided me with such good information on apartment resources during my study abroad, so that I can finish my studies in Monash happily and at ease. Once a lease has been signed and the first month rent and bond paid by the student, should they not wish to proceed with the property, they would be subject to our Lease Break procedure.



1,A lease break fee is payable of up to 2 weeks rent + GST – depending on length of lease.
2,Rent is still payable up to the day a new student moves in OR the end of the lease.
