前台24小时有人安全性是有保证的离墨尔本大学主校区步行15分钟，离墨大考场20分钟，state library 5分钟和市中心购物商场以及唐人街很近生活非常方便缺点是公寓没有可以打开的窗户可能会比较闷以及公寓有24小时关不上的新风系统晚上睡觉会觉得吵还有就是有的时候会出现前台来维修未经同意直接用卡打开你的门的情况如果是读研时间短的话可租长期住的话还是建议租apartment
