Interior: Newly renovated in a modern style, with air conditioning in the living room (there are very few houses near UNSW with air conditioning). Not facing the street, so it is quiet. Bedroom furniture: Comfortable orthopedic mattress, desk, adjustable chair, study lamp, wardrobe, bedside table, and table lamp. Living room furniture: Sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs. Appliances include a refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, and electric stove.
Room 4 (Second Bedroom): Located on the right side of the living room, a small single room for 1 person, with a single bed and an L-shaped hard fabric aluminum frame sliding partition door.
Location and Transportation: Located in Kingsford, right across from the McDonald's at UNSW, just across the road from the main campus. Nearby, there are several Chinese and Western restaurants, supermarkets, beverage shops, banks, and post offices. Distance to UNSW: 1 minute walk to the main campus, 2 minutes walk to UNSW Global Foundation/Language building. 4 minutes walk to the light rail station, with a 20-30 minute ride to the city center, providing direct access to shopping streets and the Sydney Opera House, making travel very convenient. A 10-20 minute bus ride to Coles supermarket and Eastgardens shopping center.
