If your visa is denied, you must provide proof to the apartment within the specified time.

We are being flexible with student refunds if they are not able to travel here after booking with us. If your students apply, but are unable to make it because of travel restrictions, we will refund their application fee. When you register for the HOEM Airport Concierge Program we'll take care of picking you up from the airport and everything after that! You'll be greeted by one of our HOEM Service Desk Agents (who is also a student and fellow HOEMie!) and our private driver who will make sure you make it HOEM safely. We'll have a temporary space available for you where you'll be able to self-isolate and monitor your health for the required period of 14 days. During this period, we'll arrange 3 meals per day to be delivered right to your door, and we'll help with whatever else you need to be comfortable in your stay at HOEM! Once the isolation period is over, we'll help you get moved in to your permanent room.

FAQ

What’s included in regular rent?

Life at HOEM includes WIFI, use of the gym and yoga room, 24/7 security, biweekly in-suite cleaning, co-working space, 24-hour building staff, and HOEM events every week.

Are the apartments furnished?

Every apartment comes with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, cookware & crockery, sofa, coffee table, barstools or table and chairs, bed, desk, desk chair and dresser.

I learnt the full-term rental agreement is for 12 months?

It’s true. Lots of students stick around for the summer to take courses, work an internship, or just enjoy city life! We do offer some assistance if you’re looking to leave for the summer, but all students are required to sign a full year contract.
