The apartment belongs to Poly which managed by central enterprise, we don' t have contract trap. Totally we have 100 apartment, such as one bedroom and loft. Bag check is OK and apartment has cleaning service every month.

1 minute' s walk to Line 3,Cuiyun Station; 3 stops from Automotive Exposition Center; you could drive 10 minutes to Chongqing International Expo Center, or 20 minutes to Jiangbei Airport and Chongqing North Train Station. Bus stop is outside the gate.

Service charge is 200 yuan/month, including water, internet, property, electricity fee is 1 yuan/kwh, every month settle account one time, gym charge is 100 yuan/month, parking charge is 400 yuan/month.
Short rent price: lease term is from one to three months, rent would rise by 300 yuan/month, while from four to five months, rent would go up 150 yuan/month.
Deposit: one month' s rent and rent can be paid quarterly, or two months' rent but rent should be paid monthly. subscription is 1000 yuan and apartment office will hold for 7 days.
