All apartments include full furniture, sleeping and living areas as well as a kitchen and shower room. They are bright throughout, can be designed flexibly and have been thought through down to the last detail. A clever room layout, stylish design and high technology leave nothing to be desired. A washing machine (4.50 euros per use) and dryer (2.50 euros per use) are located in the laundromat. For a second person, an additional 50 euros per month is charged. (Only couples allowed) GEZ fees are also charged additionally. The additional costs are included in the rent, including regular cleaning of the public areas and the internet.
