Two rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub offer you every comfort on 56 square meters. The apartment is located in the very popular trendy district of Prenzlauer Berg. Prenzlauer Berg is one of the very young districts of Berlin, although it has been a lively place for decades, full of vitality and a special attitude to life that can only be found here. Countless pubs, bars, cafés and galleries ensure a varied nightlife in which you are sure to find your place. The central location allows you to get anywhere quickly and directly. The Schönhauser Allee underground and S-Bahn station is a 7-minute walk away and tram stops are almost opposite. Living room and dining room: In the living room, a large, modern double bed with 2 single mattresses (total 1.80 x 2.00 m) with side tables invites you to relax after a day in the hustle and bustle of Berlin. Flat screen TVs with cable connections allow for pure relaxation and, of course, you can use the existing WiFi connection. In a comfortable armchair with a floor lamp, you can also end the evening with a good read. A spacious wardrobe offers enough storage space for your luggage. At the elegant dining table with four chairs, you can eat together comfortably and cozily, browse through city maps and make plans for the day. Bedroom: The bedroom offers the option of retreating to two single beds and allows visitors to sleep in separate beds. The bedside tables and pleasant lighting make the bedroom a place where you like to retreat. Bed linen is of course provided. The apartment's furnishings ensure that even when occupied by four guests, everyone can sleep optimally in real beds. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has a stove with oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment and a small seating area. A coffee maker, kettle and toaster, as well as dishes, cutlery, glasses and pots are available. Bathroom: The elegant bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and sink. The toilet is separate so that there is less congestion in the morning when there are four people staying. Towels are provided.
