The photos are templates, the design is much nicer of the apartment and bigger. The furniture design is similar. Traffic technically you are perfectly connected. The M1 is only a few meters away from the apartment and also the train stations U Seestraße and U Osloer Straße are within walking distance. You can also do your shopping with just a three-minute walk. Everything you could wish for you can be found in this area! Mauerpark is a popular place to spend the evening in summer. This is a popular running track even in winter. IMPORTANT! Please note that the deposit needs to be paid right after signing the contract. Please ensure a timely transfer. In order for you to be able to move into your new home on time the funds have to be in our account BEFORE the move in date. Without this payment you`ll NOT be able to move in.
