The exclusive new building of our apartments is located in the middle of the beautiful and green district of Steglitz, not far from Steglitzer Damm and various local transport options, such as Südende S-Bahn station (5 minutes walk) and bus services. The lively shopping mile, Schloßstraße, with several shopping centers, restaurants/cafés and entertainment options (theater, cinema), can be reached by bus and is in your immediate vicinity. Numerous activities, such as the Botanical Garden, the Schlosspark Theater, etc., are also within easy reach. The Free University of Berlin and the Charité are also very easy to reach and in your vicinity. Each of our ultra-modern 1-room apartments is exclusively equipped with: - Video intercom - Terrace/balcony - Underfloor heating - Box spring bed (140 x 200) with bed linen - Desk with work lamp - Wardrobe with mirror - Ironing board and iron - Clothes rack The apartment also has a very spacious bathroom with barrier-free shower and shelf (including towels). Our exclusively equipped kitchen has: - cutlery/crockery - kitchen utensils - two hotplates - fridge with freezer compartment - coffee machine - kettle In the utility room of our new building, washing machines and tumble dryers are available for you to use free of charge. A monthly basic cleaning of the apartments is included in the price. NOT suitable for children under 12 years.
