Our bed with a feel-good factor, extra storage space and shelf space, your own work area and additional dining area, sufficient storage space throughout the room, a stylish pantry kitchen with microwave, ceramic hob and refrigerator and a modern shower room make your apartment a small space miracle. Included in the rent: - fully furnished apartment - high-speed internet up to 1 Gbit/s - common areas such as lobby, laundrette, courtyards - gaming areas with table football, billiards, air hockey, ping-pong - study room / silent study room - bicycle parking spaces - front office - cashless payment systems - events such as welcome parties, Christmas party... - video surveillance throughout the building for your safety - security service on call at night Information about the deposit We require a deposit of 3 months' rent as a guarantee for the booking. Car Park An indoor parking is available upon request. Two weeks before you check out our renting team will check out the studio. If the studio is in a bad shape, we will ask you to leave earlier as it has to be clean for the next guest. If it is in a terrible shape, we might ask you to move out earlier. Max 2 weeks so that our cleaning team can get it ready for the next tenant. We have calculated the rent on the basis of an effective term shortened by one week, so that this regulation does not represent an economic disadvantage for you. Of course, if you extend your stay with us and continue to reside in your apartment, no prior move-out is required between your old lease and your new lease. You will then receive password-protected access to our app and can upload your certificate of enrollment and a copy of your ID card or passport and confirm the contract. 4. We will then check your details and if everything is correct you will receive an automatic email with a request to pay the deposit and our one-off handling fee (this is independent of the booking fee!) 5. As soon as there are no more payments outstanding (within the next 5 working days) and the money has arrived with us, we will finalize the booking and you will receive a final confirmation email. 6. Please note that the booking should be completed via our system no later than 7 days after booking on . After 7 days the room is no longer reserved for you and can be booked by others. Shortly before the start of the semester, reservations can only be held for 2 days. A refund of the costs paid so far is not guaranteed in this case. Afterwards, we will check your details, and if everything fits you will receive an automatic e-mail with the payment request of the deposit and our one-off handling fee (this payment differs from the booking fee!). 5. As soon as there are no more pending payments (within the next 5 business days) and we have received the money, we will finalize the booking and you will receive a final confirmation e-mail. 6. Please note that the booking through our system should be completed no later than 7 days after booking on . After 7 days, the room is no longer reserved for you and can be booked by others. Just before the semester starts, reservations can only be held for 2 days. In this case, a refund of the costs paid so far is not guaranteed.
