Please note in order to be accept, you must forward some documents: ID/passport; enrollment from University/internship or work contract; payslips from your guarantor as well passport from them. Also once you are accepted through Uniplaces, is requested to transfer to your landlord the deposit, admin fee before move-in, and cleaning final fee before the move-out. Move-ins can be schedule during weekdays only. Pets are allowed but has a deposit extra fee of 500€.
