The 4 rooms are pretty much equal, about 10-12 sq m. Everything is prepared accordingly for 4 people. Each room is equipped with a 140cm bed, shelves or wardrobe and desk. Fifth floor without lift. It's a mid 19th century building, which is very charming, but which also implies a sense of responsibility in the relationship with the neighbors. Regarding noise, precautions are needed which would not be needed in a modern building. But also, in general, I would say from experience that this flat is more enjoyable with responsible people. I am looking for tenants who can behave a bit as a team, and therefore, preferably people who already know each other, and if possible, who are in Barcelona for a same reason that they share. The flat is located in a haven of peace in the middle of the Gòtic, but it is surrounded by open not built and by skylights spaces. So, it's very quiet and it's bright. There is good air circulation. The utilities, Internet, electricity, water and gas are €150-200 per month all together. Two months deposit. No commission, no management fees. The rental contract is done by lawyer at my expense. The announced price is for a period of at least 6 months and may vary in the case of a shorter stay. The maximum rental period is 11 months. It's a temporary rental contract.
