It is an apartment with one bedroom, one bathroom, a small dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishes and a washing machine. They have a wardrobe, a study table with a lamp, a set of sheets and towels so that you can have all the comforts from the first moment you arrive. Located in the El Viso neighborhood, it is surrounded by study centers such as EAE, IE or Schiller, this apartment is perfect, it is just a few minutes walk away. A few steps away you will find a 24-hour Carrefour supermarket, shops, restaurants, pharmacies and many shops of all kinds where you can cover any type of need. Important clarifications: 1) We will send an email to the tenants to request their passports and letters of acceptance to the university. Once you give us these documents, we will send you the contract for you to review and sign. 2) Payment of the deposit, agency fee and provision of supplies must be made before the contract start date. 3) All our apartments have active WiFi, electricity, water and gas. Tenants do not have to worry about signing up for these services. 4) Within our services we have biweekly cleaning of the common areas of the apartment. 5) Check in times are on the day of the start of the contract from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. If you do not want/are unable to check in that day, you must notify , with a minimum of 15 days, of the desired date for check in, which must be within 's business hours (9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.). If you need special assistance for check-in (even on the start date of the contract, but outside business hours or on weekends/holidays), €30 must be paid and will be subject to approval by . . 6) The provision of supplies will be paid every month along with the rent.
