This studio is in the main square of Madrid, the place to be! Kitchenette (with kitchenware, washing machine, refrigerator, etc). Double bed in a comfortable loft, with ladder. Downstairs there is a sofa bed or a second bed (can live two people who are not a couple). Private bathroom is inside the studio. High ceilings, smooth walls, bright and quiet (overlooks courtyard, you can't hear anything). Closets and furniture. Perfect for a couple or two companions. All utilities are included up to 120 euros/month. Over €120 the bills (wifi, water, electricity) will be split among the tenants of the apartments. Bills will be shown. Please note a conscious use of electricity is a must.
