. This modern and spacious apartment, ideal for corporate travelers, expats, and monthly rentals, has a 110sqm surface and two balconies. The space is divided into: - 3 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms The flat is ideal for 6 people, however, this MintyStay apartment can host up to 8 guests, including its sofa-bed. M(hidden)edroom has a double bed, whereas the rest of the bedrooms have: - two single beds (trundle bed). - two individual beds set together. The apartment has two independent & complete bathrooms, where, as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for your first stayover night. The house has an open American kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwaves, dishwasher and glass ceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most importantly, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hair dryer, bed linen, two towels per guest and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine. You will also have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a double sofa-bed and an LG flat screen TV with HDMI input. There is a central heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a ducted AC equipment. WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed €300/month. We offer many services upon request, such as regular cleaning (including) replacement of bed linen and towels, laundry, search for a parking space nearby and transfer service from/to the airport. Last but not least, at (hidden) we take the safety and ease of our guests and collaborators very seriously. This house has a guarantee of disinfection according to the official protocol for cleaning and sterilization of accommodations related to the Covid-19. We use approved cleaning products and disinfection materials, guaranteeing a completely safe space. --- The apartment, which closest metro station is Lavapiés, is perfectly connected to Madrid business area. Lavapiés is a busy and multicultural neighborhood with medieval streets full of international restaurants and traditional Spanish bars. State-of-the-art exhibitions and events are organized in Tabacalera and Casa Encendida cultural centers; in contrast to the nearby Reina Sofía Museum, famous for art masterpieces such as Picasso's Guernica. Lavapiés gastronomy equals "tapas", and in the always busy San Fernando Market you can find its greatest exponent. In the apartment surroundings you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies & banks. However, even though Lavapiés neighborhood is located a few steps away from the most touristic attractions in the city, it is perfectly connected to Madrid business area.
