M(hidden)edroom has a double bed, whereas the rest of the bedrooms have: - two single beds (trundle bed). - two individual beds set together. The apartment has two independent & complete bathrooms, where, as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for your first stayover night. The house has an open American kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwaves, dishwasher and glass ceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most importantly, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hair dryer, bed linen, two towels per guest and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine. You will also have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a double sofa-bed and an LG flat screen TV with HDMI input. There is a central heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a ducted AC equipment. WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed €300/month.
