This cozy apartment ideal for corporate travelers, expats, and monthly rentals, has a 30sqm surface. The space is divided into: - 1 bedroom - 1 bathroom The building has intercom and elevator. The flat is ideal for 2 people, however, this MintyStay apartment can host up to 4 guests, including its sofa-bed. M(hidden)edroom has a double bed & an independent bathroom with shower. Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for you first stay over night. The house has an American kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher and ceramic hob), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most importantly, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, Nespresso coffee maker, hair dryer, bed linen, two towels per guest and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine. You will also have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has an L-shaped sofa with 3 seats and flat screen TV. There is a split heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the Summer, you will have a split AC equipment. WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed €100/month. We offer many services upon request, such as regular cleaning (including) replacement of bed linen and towels, laundry, search for a parking space nearby and transfer service from/to the airport. This house has a guarantee of disinfection according to the official protocol for cleaning and sterilization of accommodations related to the Covid-19. We use approved cleaning products and disinfection materials, guaranteeing a completely safe space. --- The apartment, which closest metro station is Chueca, is perfectly connected to Madrid business area. The apartment is located in the center of the city. Together with Gran Vía street, Chueca is internationally known for its atmosphere & nightlife. However, it is also famous due to its history & art. Every Summer kick-off comes with Madrid LGTBI Pride, which epicenter is located in Chueca neighborhood. Ever since its renovation in 2012, San Antón Market has become one of the main gastronomic attractions in Madrid. Here, you will find fresh products, bars and dozens of show cooking/take away spots. You can take your bought fresh ingredients to La Cocina de San Antón (on top level), where they will cook it for you with traditional and international cooking techniques. Its modern atmosphere has made Chueca streets a commercial center in the city, where locals and tourists walk along for shopping on a daily basis. On the apartment surroundings there are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies and banks.
