This Stylish apartment; ideal for corporate travelers, digital nomads, expats and monthly rentals, it has a 95sqm surface. The space is divided into: - 2 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms The building has intercom and an elevator. The flat is ideal for 4 people, however, this MintyStay apartment can host up to 6 guests, including its sofa-bed. M(hidden)edroom has a double bed, whereas the second bedroom has two single beds. Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for you first stayover night. The house has an independent kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwaves, dishwasher and glass ceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most importantly, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, Italian coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hair dryer, bed linen, two towels per guest and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine. You will also have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has an L shaped sofa and flat screen TV. There is a central heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the Summer, you will have a splits AC equipment. WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed €200/month.
