This is a very cared, cozy and furnished apartment with one room available July-August. Located in a very nice neighborhood, close to the River, to parks and to sport facilities. It's a twelve minutes walk to closest metro stations (Puerta del Ángel or Principe Pío). They are both direct line to Complutense University. There are four buses directly connecting to downtown (Plaza Mayor, La Latina, Atocha, Plaza de España) on a range of 15 to 25 minutes. Puerta del Sol (very center) is a 30 minute walk. The apartment is not new but we care very much about it so we are in search of a quite person. There are plants, and we would expert them to be alive when we are back.
