The kitchen includes two electric burners, a fridge, a microwave, a sink, and a storage cabinet filled with pots, pans, and cutlery. On the far end of the studio, there's a study table and a chair along with a monitor which is attached to the wall in front of the sofa. The bathroom consists of a classic WC, a sink with storage under and above it, an additional storage compartment attached to the wall in front of the sink, and a shower cabin. Location 400m from Metro Villers (Line 2, 3) 550m from Marc Monceau (Rumor is that Nicolas Sarkozy still goes running here in the mornings) Neighborhood Batignolles district is known for its unusual shops and picturesque brasseries, as well as the English-style gardens of the Square des Batignolles. The bohemian streets around Place de Clichy are full of trendy bars. The area around the Pont-Cardinet station is part of an eco-neighborhood that surrounds Martin Luther King Park.
