5. 年付，押一。半年付押二。房租价格相同。每4个月付，押三，房租加10%。全都是起租日前七天支付好。

6. 年付可享有迎新礼物，详情咨询销售或公寓。

7. 各房间都可允许转租一次，自行找新租客。

Details

No midway rentals. All deposits and paid fees will be deducted for breach of contract. The renunciation of the deposit does not mean that the rent can be cancelled. The tenant must fulfill and pay all rent and incidentals during the lease term.

Sublet Policy:
If there are reasonable reasons, with the consent of the apartment, the tenant can sublet the room once during the rental period. The tenant must find a replacement and pay the rent in full during the rental period. The security deposit paid will only be refunded upon the termination of the original contract. Doctoral student; Graduate students are required to provide proof of college receipt and their identity documents. After the apartment is reviewed and approved, the three parties will sign the sublease contract. Other roommates can't object. A document processing fee of HK $500 will be charged upon successful subletting.
