Note: this apartment is currently for sale, there is a possibility (with your approval) that there will be visits during your stay. Charming, lovely appointed studio flat for people willing to enjoy the perks of staying in the city, but at a reasonable distance from traffic and noise. The apartment is brilliantly decorated with sparks of colour, light, and has lots of space - a place anyone will be happy to call home! Guests are welcomed into a tiny hallway, followed by a comfortable day area with a dining corner, sofa bed, and a compact but fully equipped kitchenette. Last but not the least, a small balcony completes the apartment. The apartment is located in a residential district immediately outside Milan city center. Bus 40 to Affori tube station, placed on the yellow line that takes to the city center and the main train stations, stops only meters away, in via Amoretti via Antona Travasi. Villa Scheibler park, a big green area for walking or jogging, is at 400 meters. The area offers everything you may need, including a U2 supermarket (in via Privata Trilussa 26, 300 meters), a bank (Intesa San Paolo, in via Privata Trilussa 13, 60 meters) and a pharmacy (in via Cesare Pascarella 22, 450 meters). On Thursday parking is not allowed in Via Traversi due to the weekly street market (from 6.00 to 17.00). Living room and kitchen The spacious day area is filled with life and features modern, white, and black furniture with colorful touches that keep the room lively without over-decorating. There is a dining table, a fully-equipped kitchen corner with state-of-the-art appliances and a cozy sofa bed for two people. Bathroom and bedroom The apartment comes complete with a small balcony with views of the street below, where to sip a cup of coffee in the morning, or have a break at the end of the day. The ultra-modern bathroom is fully equipped - it also has a shower stall - and comes with stylish elements. HOUSE RULES Our prices include Residence Service with assistance and include: VAT10%, utilities (electricity and gas up to a maximum daily amount), check-in assisted by (hidden) Staff, Wi-fi internet. You do not have to pay condominium fees or agency fees. SANITIZED APARTMENTS. We use professional products and procedures to sanitize our apartments. Professional sanitation certified. Tax excluded from the price: For stays of 30 nights or longer, during the check-in, a short term tenancy agreement will be stipulated. In order to properly register the contract, the payment of a stamp duty (equal to 32€) and a registration tax (equal to 2% of the rent with a minimum of 67€) will be needed - only half of this amount will be paid by the guest. There are exemptions in case of application of the tax withholding (codulare dry) fiscal regime. During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. If you don't have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy (more information: (hidden)). Security deposit We remind you that on arrival day a security deposit will be required, must be done with credit card, which will be refunded within 72 working hours from day of departure. Check-in time The standard check-in is between 3 pm to 9 pm Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am - €30.
