A supplement may be requested depending on the day and time of your arrival. - FREE check-in from 3pm to 7pm on weekdays - €35 from 3pm to 11pm on Saturdays, Sundays and Italian public holidays - €35 from 7pm to 11pm on weekdays - €50 from 11pm to 1am each day of the week - €75 from 1am to 7am each day of the week SHORT STAYS (less than 30 days): - IMPORTANT - Please note this will be required payment of the tourist tax required by the Municipality of Milan (children / young people under 18 are exempt); the cost is 2 euros per person per day which must be paid in cash at check-in. * EXEMPTION: Those who stay in residences, holiday houses and apartments and in holiday homes managed by non-profit organisations, as identified above, for the period of stay beyond the fourteenth consecutive day. If the consecutive stay is interrupted, the counting starts again for the subsequent overnight stays. - Electricity costs are not covered with the rental price. Electricity meters will be read at check-in and checkout for these purposes. The overall cost per kW of electricity in Italy is approximately €0.65/kWh, which must be paid at check-out. LONG STAYS (over 30 days - temporary rentals): - at check-in you will have to pay the contract registration fee (2% of the contract value) - the house is intended WITHOUT bed linen. Upon request, we can provide you with bed linen and towels. Please make an explicit request before arrival. The cost of each single kit (includes sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, bath towel and face towel) is €5 per month. The cost of each double kit (includes sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, bath towel and face towel) is €7 per month. Payment upon check-in - Electricity costs are not covered with the rental price. To calculate your consumption, we will take the gas meter reading together at check-in and check-out.
