During check-in a medium term tenancy agreement will be stipulated, the contract will be properly registered. To register the contract the payment of a stamp duty (equal to €16) and a registration tax (equal to 1% of the rent with a minimum of €33.5) is required. There are exemptions in case of application of following fiscal regime: tax withholding (tax withholding). Security deposit We remind you that before your arrival day a security deposit will be required, equal to three months rent; it will be returned after check out by the owner. During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card.
