The area occupied by the Fiera (hidden) City and the Monte Stella Park are some of the reference points of this section located north-west of the historic centre. The apartment consists of an entrance that opens onto the living area, with a sofa, a TV, a dining table and a kitchen. The double bedroom is equipped with a large wardrobe, while the bathroom is complete with shower. The apartment also has an outdoor area with a corner dedicated to laundry. For another €100 is condominium fee The nearest metro stop is Uruguay M1 (red line) and is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. The nearest bus stop for line 40 is a 3-minute walk away. Fiera (Rho Fiera) can be reached in 6 minutes by car and 25 minutes by public transport. Monthly rates: • €900.00 for monthly rent; • €100.00 for building fees; • €150.00 for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas); Total of monthly cost: €1,150.00. You will pay once (one-off, upon contract signature) the following amounts: • 900€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK); • €200.00 (VAT included) for the final cleaning; • €170.00 (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 am to 9 pm), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence. Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send to Mysa Properties the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs not collected from (hidden) (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed. IMPORTANT!!! Remember that no later than 3 working days before the check-in date you will have to send Mysa Properties the documents required for the rental contract and pay the first installment of additional charges not collected by (hidden) (utilities, condominium fees, cleaning final, admin fee). If documentation and payment are not submitted within the required time, your check-in date may be postponed.
