You have a shared kitchen with seating and a table to sit. It is elegant and modern. Ascend to dreamland via the spiral staircase - very chic. Sitting on the balcony - a crumbling exposed brick wall has a cool Milanese feel. Rental Condition: - Deposit: it will be given back at the end of the stay if there are no damages to the room or the apartment. - Check-in and check-out hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17:30. If you want to check in outside working hours or during the weekend, there will be an extra cost (check it in the breakdown below). - The fee below mentioned as "other" refers to the cost for the registration of the contract. - Check-in will be done at the office. If you prefer to do it at the apartment, this should be arranged with us before hand and has an extra cost. You can see the cost stated below as "Other optional cost" - In the case of bookings shorter than 12 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra €40, in the case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by €80. Please be aware that is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
