This comfy three-room apartment is nestled in the heart of Sallustiano, a lively neighborhood close to many famous spots like Termini station and Via Veneto. You can easily walk to places like the Rome Opera Theater and Piazza Barberini in just 10 minutes. Plus, the metro stations are only 800 meters away, making it super convenient to get around. Located on the 5th floor of a renovated building, this 70 sqm apartment is modern and bright, thanks to its stylish design and furniture chosen with care. Inside, you'll find a spacious living room with a cozy sofa bed, a dining table for six, and a well-equipped kitchenette with all the essentials. There are two comfortable bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed and its own bathroom. The bathrooms have all the basics you need, including a shower. The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant, one towel and linen change per guest and final cleaning.
