Stylish apartment that can accommodate up to 5 adults is located in the Porta Palazzo district, the decidedly lively and colorful area: we are at the largest market in Turin where you can find fresh food, clothing and home accessories. Near the new Central Market where you can eat several typical dishes. A stone's throw from the Quadrilatero Romano, the Royal Gardens, Piazza Castello and the whole city center.

The 70 sq m design apartment is located on the third floor of a period building with lift (not suitable for the disabled). The accommodation consists of:
LIVING AREA: with a queen sofa bed and TV
KITCHENETTE: on with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and kitchen utensils
BEDROOM: with a queen bed, single sofa bed and wardrobe.
BATHROOM: has a shower cabin, bidet and hairdryer
ADDITIONAL SERVICES: unlimited free WiFi, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, underfloor heating, a cot for babies and a high chair for small children

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
- the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.

PLEASE NOTE: The entrance hall with a closet is shared with the apartment next door

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO LEAVE THE BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND COLLECT THE KEYS STARTING FROM 11 AM, AND TO ACCESS THE APARTMENT AFTER THE CLEANING.

Our keyholder will get in touch with you to arrange the check-in, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We will be at disposal for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized.
For any unexpected events or clarification we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail.

At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document.

Please note that a surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 25 from 21:30 until 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 01:30.

The house is located in the center, in the Porta Palazzo area. In the Piazza della Repubblica market every day you can buy all kinds of foodstuffs, from the typical Piedmontese and more generally Italian ones to the ethnic ones characteristic of other gastronomic cultures.
A few steps away from the square, every Saturday of the month takes place the BALON, a historical flea market that hosts, antique dealers, artisans and collectors of merit but also simple hobbyists: if the time at your disposal provides for you let yourself be fascinated by this market and treat yourself to a pleasant walk among the stalls, the Balon and its rarities at bargain prices will win you over!
Near the house you will find excellent typical restaurants and family-run Piedmontese trattorias - just to mention a few names "Ristorante San Giors", "Trattoria Valenza", "Il Cortiletto" - and various restaurants ideal for an outdoor aperitif.
In Piazza Borgo Dora, two minutes walk from your accommodation, is the HOLDEN, School of Storytelling & Performing Arts founded by Alessandro Baricco.
A couple of blocks away are the Porte Palatine, ancient Roman walls of access to the city (then called Augusta Taurinorum), which lead to one of the most beautiful and monumental central squares: Piazza Castello. In fact, Palazzo Reale, the historic residence of the Savoy family, with the Royal Church of San Lorenzo, the Cathedral of San Giovanni, which houses the Holy Shroud, the Armory and the Royal Library and the famous Regio Theater designed by famous Turin architect Carlo Mollino.

Parking on the street is free but if you prefer you will find a multi-storey car park. Also two blocks away is a bike sharing station and a taxi depot.

- Piazza Emanuele Filiberto, 14The house is very close to: Europe's largest and most beautiful market, bars, restaurants.
A must see in the surroundings: Porte Palatine, the Royal Pole, the Roman Quadrilateral, the Duomo, Via Garibaldi, the Umberto I Gallery, the Baloon, etc. You can't get bored here!
Convenient to reach from the airport and Porta Nuova station.
Very well connected area to any district and city attraction. Just outside the ZTL area it is easily accessible by car.
