3.1. The User shall upon signing the acceptance pay the Security Deposit being security for due observance and performance by the User of the Terms and Conditions herein, and for any claim by the Provider in relation to this Agreement. 3.2. Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, the Provider shall refund the Security Deposit to the User without interest within thirty (30) days after the User have duly delivered to the Provider vacant possession of the Premises upon the termination of this Agreement subject to forfeiture for breach of any of the conditions or stipulations herein contained or an appropriate deduction in respect of any such breach.
