Albert Court is a cosy student residence in Liverpool, offering 200 En-suite rooms, especially suited to students who want to live independently. The flats provide communal areas such as cinema rooms, study rooms and games rooms where students can study, relax and have fun. Ideally located in the heart of Liverpool city centre, less than a 10-minute walk to the University of Liverpool and a 14-minute walk to Liverpool John Moores University, the apartments are ideally suited to students studying at both institutions.

 

Features & Living Experience

Four En-suite room types are available, mostly 3-5 rooms, with prices varying depending on the size and type of space offered. Albert Court also has a recreation room, laundry, car park, outdoor garden, BBQ area, and a reception desk for parcel collection and other amenities. Dormitory rent includes all bills such as high-speed WIFI, financial insurance, water, electricity and gas.

Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and ample storage space and is covered with Wi-Fi. The flats are equipped with a gym, which is accessible to residents and is the only student accommodation in Liverpool with a swimming pool. With a pool table, vending machine and Sky TV in the activity room, the flats have all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel, making your stay unique!

 

Location and What's Hot

Albert Court is 500 metres from the University of Liverpool and a 6-minute walk away. The flats are located on London Road, lined with shops, and there is a bus stop on Erskine Street, just two minutes walk from the residence halls, and the city centre is 5 minutes away on the number 21 bus.

Albert Court student flats are also conveniently located in the neighbourhood, with Domino's Pizza Restaurant just a 2-minute walk away and Tesco Express supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to meet your daily needs. Liverpool One, a large shopping mall in the city centre, is a 15-minute walk from the residence halls and has a wide range of brands, making it an excellent place for students to do their daily shopping. There are also many restaurants in the city centre with a wide range of different flavours, making it a great place to meet for a meal. Liverpool's train station is a 10-minute walk from the residence halls, making it easy to travel to other cities.

Albert Court student flats are located on London Road, where you will find many supermarkets, restaurants and homeware shops. There are plenty of popular attractions close by, the nearest being the Royal Albert Dock, just 0.3 miles away, where you can take a stroll along the pier, visit the Tate Liverpool or enjoy a meal on the seafront. How can you miss rock 'n' roll in Liverpool? Visit the Beatles Story Museum to learn about their journey from Liverpool to the world and see the memorabilia and interactive exhibits.

Cancellation Policy

No Visa No Pay

You require a visa to study in the UK, but your visa application has been rejected. You may request to cancel up to seven days after rejection of your visa application and no later than seven days following the release of A-Level results by providing your cancellation request in writing along with supporting evidence that your Visa application has not been successful(First year students and first-time residents).

No Place No Pay

You do not receive an unconditional offer from your University. You may request to cancel up to seven days following the release of A Level Results by providing your cancellation request in writing along with supporting evidence that the required results have not been achieved for you to take up your course(First year students and first-time residents).

Refund Guarantees Time Limit

You may cancel within seven days of signing your agreement online. You have the right to the return of your deposit and any rental amounts paid in relation to your booking.
You will lose your right to cancellation as soon as you collect the keys from the reception team even if this is within seven days of signing your agreement.

First year students and first-time residents

If you are a first year student or you are residing in the Building for the first time, you may request to cancel and have any deposit and rental amounts which relate to your booking returned to you if:

You do not receive an unconditional offer from your University. You require a visa to study in the UK, but your visa application has been rejected. Ongoing students and returning residents

If you are an ongoing student or returning resident of the building, you may request to cancel and have any deposit and rental amounts which relate to your booking returned to you if:

You are notified by your university that your course will be taught 100% online for the next academic year. You may request to cancel up to the 31 March in the year of your next contract starting in September.

The Property reserves the right to cancel your booking and resell your room if you fail to collect your key within 14 calendar days of the booking start date. You remain liable for all amounts due under the agreement until the room is sold and for any lost rental amounts between bookings which we may deduct from any deposit The Property hold.

If the first rent instalment is due prior to the booking start date and it is not received as cleared funds within seven days of the due date, The Property reserves the rights to cancel your booking and resell the room. You remain liable for all amounts due under the agreement until the room is sold and for any lost rental amounts between bookings which The Property may deduct from any deposit they hold.

If after the start date of your booking you would like to be released from the agreement and a replacement resident is found by you who we believe to be eligible in The Property absolute discretion, The Property will release you from the agreement, from the date the new agreement with the new resident takes effect. Your deposit will then be refunded and The Property will charge a fee amount equal to The Property costs of preparing your room for the new occupant. You will remain responsible for any rental arrears outstanding on the date the agreement ends.

If, after the commencement of your booking, you would like to be released from the agreement but you have not found a replacement resident (as described above) to take over the agreement then The Property reserve the right to retain the deposit and you will remain liable for the full rent and other charges detailed in your agreement until the booking ends.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing contact@campuslivingvillages.co.uk or sent directly to your village reception team.
