Cancellation Policy

No Visa No Pay

1. Scope of application of general visa refusal policy: short rent for less than 37 weeks and long-term rental customers staying from November 2022 to the end of August 2023
-Provide official refusal letter, mail the apartment to explain the reason for cancellation within the working day
-Cancellation 2 weeks before the check-in date will only deduct a penalty of £ 260, and the rest of the room will be refunded.
-Cancellation of reservation within 0-2 weeks of check-in date will be deducted for 2 weeks room fee 260 reservation fee.

2. The scope of application for refusal of visa for special reservation period: only for long-term rental customers who stay in August, September, October, 22 and have reserved for more than 37 weeks, or for customers who have reserved for 51 weeks and whose check-in time is August 28, 22
-Provide official refusal letter, mail the apartment to explain the reason for cancellation within the working day
-Cancellation at least 4 weeks prior to the check-in date only deducts a £ 260 penalty and the rest of the rent is refunded

-You need to pay a deposit of £ 200 and a registration fee of £ 60 within 48 hours of receiving the invoice ((if there is no need to cancel the reservation, the deposit of £ 200 will be refunded after check-out if the room is undamaged and clean. £ 260 will be deducted as a penalty if the reservation is canceled 4 weeks before the stay).
-Cancellation 4 weeks before check-in will only deduct a penalty of £ 260, and the rest of the house will be refunded.
-Cancellations prior to 0-4 weeks of stay are non-refundable.

2. Scope of application of special cancellation policy: only for long-term rental customers who stay in August, September and October, 22 and have reserved more than 37 weeks, or customers who have reserved 51 weeks and stay on August 28, 22
-You need to pay a deposit of 200 and a registration fee of 60 within 48 hours of receiving the invoice ((if there is no need to cancel the reservation, the deposit of 200 will be refunded when the room is undamaged and clean after check-out), and the balance (or the first installment) will be paid before July 4, 22.
-Cancel the reservation before July 4, 22, only deduct the penalty of 260, and refund the rest of the rent.
-Cancellations after 4 July 22 are non-refundable.
