When is the due date for rent payment?

In 2021, the payment deadline for regular class contracts within 51 weeks is August 2021. For detailed payment time and corresponding amounts, please refer to your contract.

How to pay rent?

The apartment supports payment by guarantee card deduction or bank transfer. 1. Automatic deduction of the guarantee card On the payment deadline, the apartment will automatically deduct the payment from the guarantee card you bound at that time according to the payment plan. Please ensure that the guarantee card has enough credit to provide rent deduction on the payment date, and ensure that the bank that issued your guarantee card supports this payment. 2. Payment by bank wire transfer If your guarantee card cannot be used for rent payment, please make bank transfer in advance. Before paying, please communicate with the bank you plan to use in advance, determine what materials you need to bring for wire transfer, and then bring the corresponding materials. And please ask the bank to assist in calculating the corresponding transfer fee to ensure that the rent can be credited in full. Please strictly use the bank information sent to you by the apartment for payment (if you have not received the apartment’s bank account by email, and you plan to pay the rent by wire transfer, please send it to the apartment email in advance to obtain the official payment information), and add the corresponding Postscript information, please be careful not to trust the collection account provided by any third party. Finally, please ensure that the rent is fully paid, and please send the remittance slip to the apartment to ask the apartment to check the account.
