Designed by the multiple-award winning architects, King's Cross is an extraordinary new building for students who are looking for a more enriching place to live and study.
King's Cross was conceived with ergonomics, nature and well-being at the forefront of our thinking.
The ground floor and first floor are set aside for shared spaces. There's a generous social lounge for relaxing, eating, watching TV and playing games, a breakout room for studying and meeting, a reading room, a beautiful courtyard garden and plenty of bicycle parking. Natural light is utilised throughout the building and as many rooms as possible face south. On the eighth floor there's a fitness room and a stunning garden terrace with views across London.
King's Cross is the ideal location for students. A short walk away is the British Library and Central Saint Martins, part of the University of the Arts London. City University, UCL, SOAS and University of Westminster are all close by. Whether you are an international or UK-based student, King's Cross is the perfect choice. It’s a place where you can feel at home and be safe with first class facilities to help you enjoy your student life.
