Details

If you enter into a Tenancy agreement earlier than the 7th September 2024, by
signing the Tenancy agreement sent out to you in advance, and you later
discover you are unable to attend university due to your UK Visa application
being denied or you have failed to obtain the required qualifications to get into
your London University. Please notify us as soon as you can by providing us of
proof of this and we will issue a refund of any holding deposit paid, if you
choose to cancel for any other reason you will need to do so by the 31st May
2024 and we will not hold you to the Tenancy agreement and will cancel your
application in full with a refund of your £250 deposit. We will request evidence
of this too to support the cancellation.

How to make an appointment to arrange courier collection service?

There are different collection points for booking different apartments under Get Living, and you need to bring your ID, address proof (contract) and other documents to the corresponding collection point for collection. The collection point of East Village is at 80 Celebration Avenue, Elephant Central can use Bringme to check the courier, you can download the app to operate and collect according to the prompts.

Can I change the curtains in my apartment?

The curtains of East Village can be replaced if agreed with the apartment, but you need to choose beige or white curtains, and you are not allowed to re-drill the curtains because of the replacement. The original curtains provided by the apartment need to be kept intact and need to be replaced when you check out . The curtains of Elephant Central are custom-selected by the apartment for you considering the comfort, so replacement is not allowed.

Does the apartment have parking?

Please contact the apartment building and do your best to apply for a parking permit. East Village will charge £65 per month for parking (Victory Plaza will charge £100 per month), and Elephant Central will charge £200 per month.
