There are four types of rooms in The Ruby Apartment, and they are Studio, 1B1B, and 2B1B and 3B2B . All of the rooms include bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and one or more bathrooms. Also, the apartment is equipped with a variety of modern appliances including air conditioning, washer, dryer, dishwasher, and microwave. There are 2 shared community for the residents. They are library and Children’s playroom. This apartment also offers 3 fitness and recreation areas, and they are Gym, Club House, and Swimming Pool for students to do the exercise and play with their friends. Also, every room is equipped with Terrace, Outdoor Grilling Area and Courtyard. Besides, there is 24 hours security in this building to ensure the safety and privacy of residents.

 

Location and What’s Hot

The Ruby Apartment is located on West 28th Street in Midtown Manhattan. There are many restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The restaurants are Dim Sum Palace (Chinses Cuisine), Oohu Szechuan & Canton Cuisines(Chinese Cuisine), Ichiran (Japanese Ramen Restaurant), and NY Pizza Suprema. Also, there are some bars nearby this building for the University students to enjoy their night at there. Some high rated bars are bar/code NYC and S Bar. For the student daily convenience, there are two banks close to this building which are the Chase Bank, PNC Bank and Apple Bank. It takes about 6-minute walk to arrive these banks. The building is surrounded by several large supermarkets, such as Whole Foods Market, Ideal Marketplace etc., which is convenient for students to purchase daily necessities. The Pharmacy RX is 7 minutes walking from the apartment, and it is easy for the students to fulfill their medicine needs. The One Direction World and Merchant Mall is just 5-minute driving from the The Ruby Apartment. Students can enjoy their shopping time for buying clothes, shoes, furniture decoration and other necessities.

 

Transport

The Fashion Institute of Technology is very close to the The Ruby Apartment, and students can walk for 4 minutes to arrive at school. Students can drive car to University of Pennsylvania in 6 minutes. In addition, 15 minutes to NYU by subway, 23 minutes to Columbia University. The closest bus station is 8 Av/W 23 St station. It is convenient for the student to take bus to other places. In addition, the Pennsylvania train station is very close to the apartment, and student can walk for 7-8 minutes to arrive there.
