The interiors of the building are furnished with premium furniture and modern kitchen facilities. There are three universities close to the apartment which are University of Pennsylvania, The City University of New York, and Kent State University. Floor Plan: There are four types of rooms in 555TEN apartment, and they are as follows: Studio, 1b, 2b and 3b. Firstly, the studio is a self-contained living space. It usually consists of a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom all in one room. It is designed for single occupancy or a couple. The second type is 1 bed with 1 bathroom. It includes a separate bedroom, living area, kitchen, and bathroom. The maximum occupancy for this type of room is 2 people. "2B" is usually a two-bedroom flat. It has two separate bedrooms. It also has a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The difference between "3B" and "2B" is based on the room numbers of "2B", it includes one more separate bedroom. Other areas are the same as the "2B" type. All of the room types described above include a storage room and dishwasher. In another hand, there are two communal areas in this apartment. Lounge room and Laundry room in this building. 555TEN Apartment also provide gym, swimming pool and bowling for people to use. Fully equipped fitness center with a wide range of machines and cardio equipment to enable residents to have a comprehensive fitness workout. There is 24 hours security in apartment and ensuring the safety and privacy of residents. The reception can provide some services or deal with some problems of residents.

The 555TEN NYC is located in the prosperous place, and there are many restaurants and bar choice surround it. Szechuan cuisine Chi Restaurant & Bar, and it is a 7-minute walk from the building. The pub Rudy’s Bar and Grill is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. It has been an important pub in the area since it opened in 1933. Known for its simple atmosphere and free hot dogs. The Birdland Jazz Club is a historic jazz club and only 10-minute walk from the apartment. Many famous bands have played here. It is both a restaurant and a bar. The menu is also very extensive with starters, entrees, and desserts. This bar also has spacious seating and a great atmosphere. Transport:

The City University of New York is only 1-minute work distance from 555 TEN. For the student who are going to study in Kent State University, they can directly walk for 8 minutes to arrive at the University. Another one is University of Pennsylvania. The students can directly walk for 22 minutes to arrive at the University. Also, they can choose to take busM42 to University in 15 minutes.There are two Subway Station close to the apartment, and they are 34 St-Hudson Yards station and 42 St-Port Authority Bus Terminal. The closest train station is the Moynihan Train Hall at Penn Station, and it will take 17-minute walk far from the department.
