There are four types of rooms in Jackson Park LIC, and they are Studio,1B, 2B2B,3B2B. Also, the apartment is equipped with a variety of modern kitchen appliances including dishwasher, oven, sink, microwave, electric range, and some cabinets. In the bathroom, it equipped with a toilet, bathtub, large mirror, towel, and a small chair. The bedrooms equipped with a comfortable bed, with pillow and quilt. A large wardrobe and a mirror, a bedside table and table lamp on it. There are 4 shared community for the residents. They are laundry room, bike storage, conference room, and study room. One of the great things about this apartment is that it offers students lots of places to work out and have fun. This apartment also offers a gym, swimming pool, movie room, sauna room, basketball court, and multi-sport simulator for students to do the exercise. Also, every room is equipped with Balcony, Rooftop, and Courtyard. There is 24 hours security and CCTV in this building to ensure the safety and privacy of residents. Meanwhile, Jackson Park provides the reception and package room, that is convenient for the student to receive or send their delivery.

Jackson Park LIC is in a good location and there is various restaurant choice close to the building for the student to choose. The restaurants are Xi'an Famous Foods, Sapps, Levante, and First Stop Bar & Grill. Besides, the United States Postal Service is nearby the building, and it takes 8-minute walk to reach that place. The building is surrounded by several large supermarkets, such as Koufuku Market(Asian market), City Acres Market, and Hudson Food Market etc., which is convenient for residents to purchase daily necessities. In addition, there are several bars and theater nearby Jackson Park for the student to enjoy their nightlife, such as The Bar at JACX&CO, Dutch Kills, Court Square Theater. Jackson Park LIC benefits from its proximity to some bus stations, the bus stations are Jackson Av/Queens Plaza S. The student only needs to walk for 2 minute to reach the station. Also, the Queens Plaza station and Queensboro Plaza station are the two closest metro station nearby the building. The City University of New York is a 10-minute walk from the apartment or 3 minutes driving, and University of Pennsylvania is a 15-minute ride on subway Line F. And Fordham University can be reach via subway in 24 minutes, New York University in 30 minutes by public transportation.
