At Livensa Living Salamanca, all studios are fully furnished and equipped with a kitchenette and private en-suite bathroom. All of them are completely private, so you’ll have your own space just for yourself. .

All of our rooms are fully equipped with everything you need to make your experience truly unforgettable: private bathroom en-suite, a fully fitted kitchen (sink, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, induction hobs and extractor hood), air conditioning (hot and cold), Smart TV and 30 Mb Wi-Fi.

Apartment Services:
Not only can you make use of all the residence’s facilities, we also offer a range of services to make your stay as comfortable as possible; these include a 24-hour reception desk, on-call maintenance and parcel collection. All bills are included in the price: water, electricity and internet. As an option, you may contract a weekly cleaning service and change of sheets and towels. Self-laundry service is not included in the rate.
