Youniq Seville is a new student housing property in the student suburb of San Bernardo complete with private rooms, privileged location and incredible facilities. · For the apartments, in those apartments where we have more than one bathroom, all bathrooms will have sink, toilet and shower. In this case, the only apartment type that has 2 bathrooms is the 4 Bed Cluster and both of the bathrooms will have sink, toilet and shower.

· For the Twodios both premium and standard, residents (which have individual rooms) will share the bathroom and the kitchen area, therefore there is only 1 bathroom. Same with the 3 bed apartments, residents will have individual rooms but they will share the bathroom and the kitchen area.

On top of their rooms, students can choose from a variety of additional services. We offer weekly cleaning and bed linen packages as well as a grocery delivery service, all to make life that bit easier.

Expense description
The apartment is required to pay 300 Euros and pay a deposit of 700 Euros within 10 days prior to the stay. The contract will expire and the room status will be in compliance with the standard. All refunds will be made.
