Our cozy Single Rooms are thoughtfully designed to be both compact and functional.The rooms are fully equipped, and when moving in, the resident will receive bed linen and kitchen utensils. In addition to furniture, each room includes bed linens, kitchen utensils, and household items.

Beyond your private space, you’ll have access to shared facilities including a bathroom and a kitchenette, complete with an oven, hob, and fridge freezer.

Expand your living experience in our common areas—step out for fresh air on the large balcony, work out in the gym whenever you like, and unwind in the sauna after a busy day.

In addition, we provide a cleaning service for our residents, which means that once a month common areas, kitchens, and bathrooms will be cleaned by our professional cleaning team.

Tips for booking a room:
1. Prices vary when you start a contract on the 15th of each month; 329 euros for the first month and 595 euros/month thereafter
2. The minimum stay is 5 months, after which you can sign an indefinite contract
