Our studios are ideal for having your own space. Each studio comes with your own private ensuite bathroom, double bed, wardrobe storage, desk, chair plus breakfast bar and kitchenette. Select from a range of room sizes and floors to create your perfect home.
Fee details All bills (water, gas and electricity) are covered in a separate utility fee. For all 38-week bookings in 2024/25, the utility fee is charged in full with your 1st instalment €467.90 in total. You can pay for your laundry on a pay-as-you-go basis, using the on-site laundry facilities. You can make a one-time payment or choose to pay in installments (divided into 8 installments) without any transaction fees, and can accept an international guarantor.

The heating must be turned on manually every 40 minutes, otherwise it will be turned off automatically and people will die at night in winter.
The stove will automatically shut down in about 20 minutes.
The mattress deforms seriously in less than half a year and can touch the spring. I can sleep like this with a weight of 55kg.

These items are not included in your room as they tend to be personal items. However, we've partnered with UniKitOut and Rise & Fall (an eco-friendly option), so you can buy everything your room needs and have it ready for you when it arrives.

Yes, we have high speed Wifi in every Nido so you can always be connected. More information on how to connect will be provided upon your arrival.
does someone clean my room
Your stay does not include housekeeping. You can however contact the Nido team to book your cleaning for a small fee.
Are there any additional value-added services?
We work hard to make sure everything is covered during your stay. To clarify, your rent does not include the following items: Some of our Nidos have vending machines in them. All snacks and beverages in the vending machines will be at your own expense. You can pay for your laundry on a pay-as-you-go basis or book your room cleaning at reception for a flat fee. If you need any bedding, towels and/or kitchen equipment during your stay, you can purchase them through UniKitOut. We've partnered with UniKitOut to give you a wide selection and deliver to your door.

When will my deposit be returned?
The apartment will hold your deposit with the TDS agency until it is returned to you. At the end of your rental period, the property will refund the deposit to you after inspection of the room. If the room is artificially damaged, the compensation will be deducted from the deposit.
Does the apartment have a laundry room? How much does laundry cost?
All nidos have laundry. You have 24 hour access to the washer, dryer and ironing board. For real-time washer/dryer availability, download the Circuit Laundry App. Prices for laundry and dry cleaning can be found in your welcome book, which you will receive upon check-in. Payment is done by pay-as-you-go card, which can be purchased at the machines in the laundry room. If you have any questions about laundry please speak to a member of the team who will be happy to help.

How about warranty?
The apartment's maintenance team is available 5 days a week to help with any issues. They can also be used in emergencies on weekends. If you experience any maintenance issues during your stay, simply log them on your maintenance portal (full information can be found in your welcome book). The team will update you on the progress of the work and book a time with you to enter your room.

Can I bring visitors into my room?
There is no requirement for visitor frequency during the day. A guest may stay up to eight consecutive nights within a month if there are overnight visitors. All guests must be over 18 years old. You must sign in when guests check in and they must have photo ID to enter the building.
