Can I bring friends into the apartment?

What do I need to complete my contract?

You will need a valid government issued ID (passport, driver's license or national ID card) and proof of student status (university offer letter, CAO offer letter, student card or university/college admission form) and a valid credit/debit card to pay the deposit.

You can check in at the beginning of the contract. If you arrive at the apartment during non-working hours, it is best to inform the apartment in advance so that the apartment can arrange check-in.

How do I collect my access card?

After completing the check-in process at the front desk, you can get the key card from the apartment front desk

Can someone else get the key card for me?

No, for security reasons your access card can only be collected by you.

Can I keep pets inside the apartment?

No, no pets are allowed in the apartment.

Report repairs by using apartment software. If there is no APP in the apartment, you can report for repair through the front desk of the apartment

It is still quite good and relatively clean. The sound insulation is tolerable, and the internet speed is also acceptable. Everything is fine overall, but the switch for the shower is a bit stiff, and the kitchen is also quite clean, but there is no trash can, so you may need to prepare one yourself. The apartment is generally quite clean, quiet, and the front desk staff are nice.
