Do I need to pay a security deposit?
Unlike other providers, we do not require a deposit to secure your booking. However, we do need the rent to be paid in advance, which will be deducted from your first month's rent (think of it as a gift to yourself when you arrive in September!).
What is the cancellation policy?
We have a 5-day "cooling-off period." This means that if you need to cancel your booking, you can do so within 5 days of signing the lease agreement, as long as you haven’t moved in yet. If you need to cancel after the cooling-off period, we may allow cancellations in certain circumstances, such as if your UK visa is denied or you do not meet the grade requirements for your target university. Please ensure you provide the UCAS notification letter or visa refusal document within 72 hours of receiving the notification. You can also transfer your lease to another suitable tenant. If a suitable replacement is found, we will conduct a qualification check, and once approved, they will take over the lease agreement.
