Great experience with Siddhant. He was quick to respond, patient with all my questions, and when my first application fell through he found me another option and got my reservation sorted quickly. Really smooth process from start to finish. Highly recommend!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
After living here for a few months, I really highly recommend New Mill! The location is excellent, with very complete amenities nearby, making it super convenient to buy daily necessities and eat out. The room is fully equipped and clean, with well-designed storage space, and both the soundproofing and natural lighting are great. The apartment’s security is also very good—card access for entry and exit makes you feel very safe. The front desk staff are especially warm and responsible, and they handle package collection and everyday issues very efficiently. It’s a comfortable and reassuring place to live!
It's pretty good. The facilities are quite complete, the sanitary environment is also very good, and there is a gym available. They said there would be cashback, and they did provide it. The front desk service is also very good. Overall, it's pretty nice, and it's quite close to various places.
The room is very clean, the entrance uses magnetic locks, it is safe, and the location is convenient and quick, taking more than thirty minutes to walk to TCD.
The overall facilities are quite complete, the receptionist is pretty friendly, and the maintenance personnel speak a little incomprehensibly.
Not bad, but the sound insulation is average, and the rent is too expensive.
