In the coliving there are 9 rooms, most of them with private bathroom. The environment is modern, quiet and friendly. The coliving is supervised by a facility manager who will handle any issues.

KITCHEN AND COMFORT:
The large, shared KITCHEN is fully equipped with all appliances and amenities: oven, 2 microwave ovens, 2 induction hobs and hoods, 2 refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, air conditioner,  crockery, toaster, kettle pots and pans.  Each room has a dedicated space in the fridge and a pantry in the kitchen.
In addition, from the kitchen/living room you have access to a spacious shared terrace overlooking the garden. Air conditioning and MEV (Mechanical Extract Ventilation).

The LAUNDRY has 2 washing machines, 2 dryers and 2 hoovers

- SECURITY DEPOSIT amounts to 2 or 3 monthly payments (depending on the duration of the contract) and will be RETURNED TO YOU at the end of the stay after verifying that there is no damage to the property.

There is also the possibility of renting a PRIVATE PARKING SPACE (for CAR) in basement of the building.
