Our student residences aim to transform students' lives, providing a place where they can live with all the necessary and high-quality comforts. In our residences, you will find multifunctional common spaces designed to foster socializing, studying, sports, personal growth, and at the same time, relaxation, privacy, and fun!

We own two buildings, Novara and Tollegno. The opening of Corso Novara will happen on the 1st of September , while the opening of Via Tollegno 22 will happen on the 1st of October. In our two buildings, located at Corso Novara 59 and Via Tollegno 22, we have 300 rooms and 331 beds with various types of accommodations that meet every need. All the amenities present in Corso Novara can be used from the residents in Via Tollegno ( the next door building). Single rooms, double rooms, and apartments, with and without private kitchens, are just some of the available options. Each room is fully furnished, including a fridge and microwave, en-suite bathroom, study area, and bed.

Among our services, you will find: a communal kitchen, gym & sport zone, play area, co-working & co-studying spaces, relax area, full-service laundry, multimedia area, a rooftop equipped with BBQ, a large internal courtyard, cycle storage, and an extraordinary rooftop basketball court.
