Specialised staff clean the common areas at least once a week. As this is a shared house, all areas except for the private rooms are shared. The kitchen, washing machine, dryer, shower, Wi-Fi, etc. are all free to use. It is a two-storey building with 14 rooms. All rooms are private rooms with locks, ensuring privacy.
