*A fixed-term lease contract means a lease that does not need to be renewed, and the contract will terminate once the term expires. If you wish to renew the contract, it will need to be re-evaluated. Staying for more than a month incurs no penalty.

Required Documents: You need to submit a photo ID (driver's license, ID card) and emergency contact information. *Foreign nationals must present a valid passport with adequate remaining validity. If you already have a residence card, please present that as well.
