-Cancelled two weeks before check-in (14 days before): 90% of the dormitory fee paid will be refunded.
-Cancellation one week before check-in (7 days before): 80% of the dormitory fee paid will be refunded.
-After check-in date: no refund
Students who are expelled for violating accommodation regulations will not be refunded for accommodation fees
