The apartment is adjacent to the Hoegi Station (Line 1) and is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Kyung Hee University. It is easily accessible to the Dongdaemun shopping district, major business districts (Jongno, Euljiro, Gwanghwamun), and historical sites such as Gyeongbokgung Palace and Heunginjimun.

Modern Home: The air-conditioning system in the room is complete, and it is like spring all year round. Whether it is a hot summer or a cold winter, it can be easily adjusted to the most suitable temperature to create the warmth of home.
Intelligent Security: It adopts an advanced password lock system, which is safe and convenient. You can change the password by yourself when you check in, adding a sense of security to your private space.
Floor Heating System: Floor heating facilities specially prepared for winter, warmth rises from the soles of the feet, dispels the cold, and makes every corner of the home full of warmth.

[Notes]
The decoration of the house is based on the pictures, but the soft furnishings such as decorations in the pictures are not included in the rental scope, and the actual delivery shall prevail.
Garbage classification is the norm in Korean life. Please abide by local regulations and jointly maintain a beautiful environment. There is a garbage recycling station near the house.

[Termination Instructions]
When the contract expires, if there is any damage other than natural wear and tear, the deposit will be deducted accordingly. Please take care of public property and work together to keep the house intact and clean.

[Short-Stay Policy for Family and Friends]
You are welcome to invite family and friends to your apartment. Please ensure that they are accompanied by you in common areas and adhere to our accommodation rules. Residents hosting visitors are responsible for any misconduct by their guests during their stay, including any disciplinary actions or fines deemed appropriate by Weave Management.
Studios
Visitors staying for more than 8 hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM the next day are considered overnight guests. Each Studio is permitted one overnight guest per day, with up to a maximum of 10 complimentary overnight stays per month. Overnight guests staying beyond 10 nights will be charged HKD 250 per person per night.
Residences & Suites
There are no specific restrictions on overnight guests for Residences and Suites; however, residents must register them in person at security.
